Grade Characteristics

  • Compared with EAG115, the published data show higher flexural modulus and notched impact, with lower flexural strength and HDT. EAG115U publishes still higher notched impact but lower tensile and flexural-modulus values.
  • 15% filler or reinforcement reference
  • HB flammability reference

Typical Applications

  • Precision housings
  • load-bearing brackets and molded supports where the published flexural-modulus and notched-impact balance is relevant to screening.

Material Evaluation Notes

The H suffix is not interpreted as a performance claim on this page. Confirm the current TDS, moisture condition, aging requirement and part-level test plan before selecting this grade.

Inquiry Preparation

Prepare a Grade Evaluation

Send the application, key performance requirements, mold stage, cavity count, dimensional concern, current material or reference grade, document needs, and estimated volume. These inputs identify the next grade, document, and sample steps for the project.
