Typical Applications

  • Structural housings
  • brackets
  • supports and precision molded components screened for moderate glass-fiber reinforcement.

Material Evaluation Notes

Compare conditioned dimensions and mechanical performance under the same moisture state, test method and part geometry before final selection. Confirm the required balance through molding trials on the intended tool.

Inquiry Preparation

Prepare a Grade Evaluation

Send the application, key performance requirements, mold stage, cavity count, dimensional concern, current material or reference grade, document needs, and estimated volume. These inputs identify the next grade, document, and sample steps for the project.
